“ Campus director.—The term ‘campus director’, with respect to a Corps campus, means the head of the campus under section 155 (d) . `` (3) Corps.—The term ‘Corps’ means the National Civilian Community Corps required under section 155 as part of the National Civilian Community Corps Program. `` (4) Corps campus.—The term ‘Corps campus’ means the facility or central location established as the operational headquarters and boarding place for particular Corps units. ”

“ Coordination with other entities.—Members of the cadre may provide, either directly or through grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements, the advanced service training referred to in subsection (b) (1) in coordination with vocational or technical schools, other employment and training providers, existing youth service programs, other qualified individuals, or organizations with expertise in training youth, including disadvantaged youth, in the skills described in such subsection. ”

“ Section 157 (42 U.S.C. 12617) is amended— (1) in subsection (a) — (A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1) , by inserting ``National ́ ́ before ``Civilian Community Corps ́ ́; (B) in paragraph (1) , by inserting before the semicolon the following: ``, with specific emphasis on projects in support of infrastructure improvement, energy conservation, and urban and rural development ́ ́; and (C) in paragraph (2) , by striking ``service learning ́ ́ and inserting ``service-learning ́ ́ ”
