“ The provision of section 221 (b) (3) (C) of the Act regarding the termination of annuity to surviving spouses due to remarriage prior to age 60 shall herafter be administered by the Central Intelligence Agency by substituting age 55 in lieu of age 60. ”

“ In computing and annuity for an employee who service includes service on a part-time basis performed on or after April 7, 1986, such service, other than service subject to the Federal Employees Retirement System, shall be computed as follows:
(1) the average pay of the employee, to the extent that it includes pay for service performed in any position on a part-time basis, shall be determined by using the annual rate of basic pay that would be payable for full-time service in the position ”
