The state of Delaware, its officers, agents, and representatives, its citizens and all other persons, are perpetually enjoined from disputing the sovereignty, jurisdiction, and dominion of the state of New Jersey over the territory adjudged to the state of New Jersey by this decree; and the state of New Jersey, its officers, agents, and representatives, sentatives, its citizens and all other persons are perpetually enjoined from disputing the sovereignty, jurisdiction, and dominion of the state of Delaware over the territory adjudged to the state of Delaware by this decree.

In the foregoing description the courses or bearings refer to the true meridian passing through the beginning of each course; the positions of the monuments are given on the North American Datum 1927; the names of lights and ranges are those given in the Light Lists, Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of the United States, corrected to January 15, 1934, and published by the Bureau of Lighthouses, with the exception of Reedy Island Jetty Middle Light which was not established until about July 12, 1934
