Section four of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, after the word "Board" in subsection two, the words "other than a member appointed by the Board".
Power to appoint Vice-President of Institute.5. Section six of the principal Act is hereby amended by adding to subsection one the following words: "The Board may also appoint a Vice-President."
