“ Section14.If a penalty of death is to be enforced against any person, Lord ordains that the person be put to death at the place and time found appropriate by the officer in charge thereof. However, the person shall not be put to death within the period of sixty days counted from the day his judgment becomes final. ”

“ Whereas the House of Representatives resolved on the 20th day of August 2477 BE [1] to pass the Bill Amending the Penal Code, 2477 Buddhist Era (No. 6) , and Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Prajadhipok Phra Pok Klao Chaoyuhua disagreed therewith; Whereas the House of Representatives confirmed the same resolution on the 29th day of September 2477 BE [1] and Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Prajadhipok Phra Pok Klao Chaoyuhua failed to sign the bill within the time limit provided ”
