“ Section4.The stipulations of section 110 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section110.When a position of Senator becomes vacant for any other reason than retirement by rotation, the Monarch will appoint a person whose characteristics meet those provided in section 107 as a replacing Senator. Such replacing Senator only retains the position for the [remaining] tenure of the person he replaces." ”
