“ Where any work bears something indicating the name or a substitute for the name of any person who claims himself to be the owner of the copyright or performer's rights, it shall be presumed that the person owing such name or substitute for the name is the author or performer. ”

“ Whereas it is appropriate to amend the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand in order to enable the meetings of the National Assembly, Senate, and House of Representatives in their second ordinary session of the year to consider any other matters under the powers and duties of the National Assembly, Senate, and House of Representatives, it is therefore necessary to enact this Constitution. ”

“ In the event where any other law appoints a public prosecutor in any position as a member of a committee or grants him certain powers and duties, the person acting as or for him shall also have the powers and duties as a member of the committee or have the powers and duties as the holder of such position when acting as or for him, as the case may be. ”

“ There shall be a law on the designation of types, negotiation frameworks, processes, and procedure for the conclusion of written agreements which extensively affects the economic or social security of the Country or has a significant binding effect upon trade, investment, or budget of the Country, as well as the rectification or remedy for those who have been affected by the observance of the said written agreement, in respect of which regard shall be had to fairness between those benefited and those affected by the observance of the written agreement and the people in general. ”

“ In the event where a special case investigator inquires into a case of any offence under this Act, that case shall become a special case according to the law on investigation of special cases.
In the event that an inquiry is conducted by any other agency than a public prosecutor, the responsible inquiry official shall notify the public prosecutor of the causes of the case so that [the public prosecutor] would examine or supervise the inquiry instantly. ”

“ In the event that an author is required to be a Thai national, if the author is a juristic person, such juristic person must have been set up in accordance with Thai law. [35]
Section⁠9.⁠As regards a work which has been created by an author in his capacity as a worker [36] or employee, the copyright in such work shall belong to the author, unless a different agreement has been adopted in writing. However, the employer has the right to communicate such work to the public according to the objectives of the hire of service. ”

“ Because the designation of conditions for supervision of behaviour of offenders for whom courts have suspended the designation of punishment or suspended the imposition of punishment in accordance with the current Penal Code is still not suitable for the rectification of those offenders in order to efficaciously enable them to reform themselves, it is appropriate to improve the conditions for supervision of behaviour of the offenders in the described events by broadening their scope, so that the courts would be able to exercise their discretion as suitable for each case. ”

“ If the state authority refuses to disclose the information about the person in custody, the requestor has the right to file with the court of the area where he is domiciled, the Criminal Court, or the provincial court of the locality believed to be the place where the act of torture occurs, the act of cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment happens, or the person subjected to the enforced disappearance was last found, as the case may be, a petition for a court order mandating the disclosure of the said information. ”

“ Any province which can only elect not more than one Member of the House of Representatives shall be deemed to be a constituency, and any province which can elect more than one Member of the House of Representatives shall be divided into constituencies in the number corresponding to the number of the Members of the House of Representatives that it should have, with each constituency being able have one Member of the House of Representatives. ”

“ Section⁠12.⁠When any work bears a characteristic of having been compiled or assembled from copyrighted works under this Act with the permission of the copyright owners, or having been compiled or assembled from data or any other things which can be read or transmitted using a machine or other device, if the compiler or assembler has compiled or assembled the said work by [means of] selection or organisation in a manner which does not imitate another person's work, the compiler or assembles shall hold [39] the copyright in the work of compilation or assemblage according this Act. ”

“ Section⁠269/1.⁠Whoever forges an electronic card in whole or in part or causes information to be added to or abridged from or by any means modifies a genuine electronic card in a manner likely to cause injury to another person or the public, commits an offence of electronic card forgery and shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to five years and a fine from twenty thousand baht to one hundred thousand baht, if he does so in order to deceive any person into erroneously believing that the electronic card is genuine or to make any use thereof. ”

“ Once the governor of the province has checked the qualifications of the candidates and found them to be already correct, he shall, in the event that the candidates are less than ten, send the names of the candidates to the President of the National Assembly for further proceedings or, in the event that the candidates are more than ten, organise a joint meeting of the candidates, at which they shall elect some amongst themselves by secret ballot and each of them shall have the right to elect not more than three amongst themselves. ”

“ Hire of service is the English name of such a contract, according to Samnak-ngan Ratchabandittayasapha (2016) , although the Thai name literally translates "hire of labour". ↑ The Civil and Commercial Code, section 587 (Phra Ratchakritsadika..., 1929, p. 40) , provides: "As regards a hire of work, it is a contract by which a person, called the hired, agrees to carry out for another person, called the hirer, a particular work until its completion, and the hirer agrees to provide remuneration for the completion of the work so carried out." ”

“ Since it appears that children have been lured into working at factories and the owners of the factories have restrained or confined those children whilst requiring them to work in a manner which is inhumane and breaches the minimum standard of labour under the law on labour protection and which as well affects the peace of the society, it is appropriate to criminalise the said acts as new particular offences. ”

“ In the event that the votes of approval are less than one half of the number of the existing members of both chambers, a referendum shall be carried out to allow the people to vote as to whether they would approve or disapprove the draft constitution introduced by the Constitution Drafting Assembly. ”

“ For the purpose of designating the number of hours of working according to paragraph 3, the President of the Supreme Court of Justice shall have the power to issue rules for the judicial service of the courts of justice governing the designation of the number of hours considered to be one day of work for each type of work of social service or work of public interest as he finds appropriate. ”

“ If it becomes known to the court that confining a person sentenced to confinement in the place of confinement according to paragraph 1 or paragraph 2 may cause harm to such person or may cause excessive trouble to a person who needs to depend upon him for livelihood, or there are other special circumstances indicating that confining him in the said place is inappropriate, the court may order him to be confined in a place other than his own residence, with the consent of the owner or possessor of the place. ”

“ In such event, the person or organisation shall have the power as a guardian only for the purpose of providing care, instruction, and teaching, as well as for designating the residence and arranging for the child to carry out work as appropriate, or the welfare protection under the law thereon may be implemented for the child. ”

“ In addition, the provisions of the Penal Code which relate to the shooting to death as a method of execution are still unsuitable for and inconsistent with the present circumstances, because it is a brutal, cruel, and inhuman method which the State should not employ against offenders. ”

“ Since the age of the child to be particularly protected by the law from offences relating to sexuality, offences relating to liberty, and child abuse, as designated by section 277, section 278, section 279, section 282, section 283, section 313, section 317, section 318, section 319, and section 398 of the Penal Code, is merely "not over thirteen years", the offenders under the said sections are enabled to cite the consent of the child [victims whose] age is over thirteen years as a reason for which they should be exonerated or their penalty should be alleviated. ”
