“ Since the Immigration Act, 2522 BE, requires passports or passport substitutes to be stamped with visas but does not require fees for passport visa stamping, etc, to be collected in line with the practice universally observed at present, it is appropriate to amend the law on immigration in order to allow the collection of the said fees. ”
