“ Section97.In the initial period, the election of Members of the Chamber of Deputies shall be conducted using the standard number of one Member of the Chamber of Deputies per two hundred thousand people according to the latest census. If the number of the people in any province is less than two hundred thousand, there shall be one Member of the Chamber of Deputies elected in that province. If the number of the people in any province is over two hundred thousand, there shall be one additional Member of the Chamber of Deputies elected in that province per every two hundred thousand inhabitants. ”

“ Type4Those who have such qualifications as said in Type 1 and have graduated with bachelor's degree or equivalents.
Candidates can only apply for candidacies in one type, and those who have the right to apply for candidacies in Type 2, Type 3, or Type 4 shall not apply for candidacies in Type 1. ”
