Be it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Union of South Africa, as follows:―
Amendment of section 106 of South Africa Act, 1909. 1. Section one hundred and six of the South Africa Act, 1909, is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:
Short title. 2. This Act shall be called the Privy Council Appeals Act, 1950.
