“ PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE ACT— The terms ``accredited ́ ́ and ``school of nursing ́ ́ have the meanings given those terms in section 801 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 296) . ́ ́; (3) in section 808 (a) (1) (20 U.S.C. 1161h (a) (1) ) , by striking ``the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 ́ ́ and inserting ``section 444 of the General Education Provisions Act (commonly known as the ``Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 ́ ́) ́ ́ ”

“ Education of the Deaf Act of 1986— Section 203 (b) (2) of the Education of the Deaf Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4353 (b) (2) ) is amended by striking ``and subsections (b) and (c) of section 209. ́ ́ and inserting ``and subsections (a) , (b) , and (c) of section 209. ́ ́. ”
