“ I tried it with page v from the Treatise and it seems to work well. If you don't mind, I'll employ that method for the whole of the Treatise, as text moving is no longer necessary then, it can simply be transcluded. I've created Template:atoeam page for this purpose. This will also make it much simpler for new users to join the proofreading effort (use the "side by side" display option below the toolbox) .--GrafZahl 12:48, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

“ Hi Alex, nice template! Red Rooster appears to be dormant these days (only one edit since August 2006) . I've tried to make some formula formatting templates myself some time ago, with more or less success. Please check out Category:Formatting templates, with templates such as {{disp}}, {{disp right}}, {{centalign right}}, {{textalign}}, and so on. Maybe some of these useful for you.--GrafZahl (talk) 13:14, 4 July 2008 (UTC) It seems I rediscovered exactly the same template.... ”

“ However, I think for the OCRed text I would go ahead and enter it by chapter, i.e. one page per chapter, and link the appropriate scanned pages to the chapters. This way, when the text has been proofread, it already matchs the style guide, and the scanned pages can be deleted. - illy 15:30, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
What you're doing looks good. I did a quick take on a title page and the Preface page. You should be able to use these as a guide for the further final pages. Do these make sense to you?
