“ SECTION II. The chosen Savings Bank is appointed liquidator of the Finance Control Corporation of Chosen. It will distribute the funds of the corporation to its members in the same ratio as the amounts assessed against them and will take all other steps necessary to settle the affairs of the corporation. upon the final settlement of the affairs of the corporation the Chosen Savings Bank will file a report with the Director of the Financial Bureau of the Government of Korea. ”
