Summary

Legislative Council of Hong Kong Emergency Regulations Ordinance… (1922)

Requiring persons to do work or render services; and (i.) Providing for compensation, if any, to be paid for work done or services rendered, or in respect of rights affected, in consequence of the provisions of any regulations made under this Ordinance, and for the determination of such compensation. (3.) Any regulations made under the provisions of this section shall continue in force until repealed by order of the Governor in Council.
