“ Supervisory regulations shall be subject to the decision of the plenary meeting of the National Supervision Commission, and be made public by announcement of the National Supervision Commission.3. Within 30 days after being announced, the supervisory regulations shall be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for the record.The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has the power to repeal the supervisory regulations that are in contravention with the Constitution or a law. ”
