“ Olive oil is best; what if left under a bed יב Olive oil is the choice execution of the mitzvah, and if he left the oil under his bed he should not light the Chanukah lamp with it, nor the Shabbat lamp, because a ruach ra`ah/bad spirit dwells on any food item under the bed, and since it became repulsive for eating it becomes repulsive for the mitzvah, because of "hakrivehu na lepechatekha/Present it now to your governor" (Mal. 1:8) , but if the oil is so bitter that it is inedible, the evil spirit does not dwell on it and it is permitted. ”

“ Even though on Shabbat the wording of the blessing is lehadlik ner shel Shabbat, for the lamps of chanukah we say Lehadlik Ner Chanukah without "shel", in order that the person reciting the blessing have in mind the acronym "NaChaL" which is a holy name hinted in the acronym of "Notzer Chesed La'alafim/who preserves kindness on thousands [of generations] " and in the acronym of "Nafsheinu Chikta Lashem/Our soul has waited upon Hashem," for they too were saved because they trusted in Hashem Yitbarakh and awaited His salvation. ”

“ Shehechiyanu ג If someone did not say shehechiyanu on the first night he should say in on the second night. And an avel/mourner also says shehechiyanu but an onen (a mourner before burying his dead) should light without saying a blessing, and if it is possible to light through an agent that is proper and preferable.
אם לא בירך שהחיינו בליל ראשון יברך בליל שני, וגם האבל יברך שהחיינו, אבל אונן ידליק בלא ברכה ואם אפשר בשליח נכון ועדיף יותר

“ Where to light it ו צריך להדליקה במקום ההנחתה, ואפילו אם בעה"ב חולה ושוכב על מטתו אין מביאין לו נרו חנוכה להדליקה אצל מטתו ויניחו אותה אח"כ במקומה, כי צריך להדליקה במקום הנחתה, ולכן אם אינו יכול לקום להדליק במקום הנחתה יעשה שלי להדליקה במקום הנחתה, ויכול החולה לברך והשליח ידליק בחדר ההוא לפניו תכף ומיד וכאשר העלתי בס"ד בתשובה בסה"ק רב פעלים:
When to light it ז The time to light is is when the stars emerge, and when the time arrives one must not eat or study until he lights, and if he began to eat or study he must interrupt and light. ”

“ And this is (Ps. 97:11) , "Ohr zaru`a latzadik/Light is sown for righteous" -- zaru`a/sown [is the same letters as] `ozer/help. Latzadik/for the righteous -- this is Yosef who is called the plain title "tzadik." ”
