בן תשעה חי, שנמצא במעי שחוטה כשרה, וגדל, ובא על בהמה דעלמא והוליד – אותו הולד אין לו תקנה בשחיטה. ואם בא על בת פקועה כיוצא בו – הרי בנו ובן בנו עד סוף כל הדורות כמוהו, וכולם צריכים שחיטה מדבריהם, ואין הטרפות פוסל בהם. ”

“ Seif 5 He shechts a beast, and finds what resembles a bird: Even if it's a kosher bird, behold it's forbidden to eat. Nothing found inside a beast has been permitted except what has hooves.
Rema: And some say even fused hooves, as long as it resembles a species in which there's a sex that has hooves (See S"K #120) . ”
