“ Paragraph 3 - If someone from the market [that is, someone who didn't normally live in the yard] who has a house in the yard dies and gives his property to a resident of the yard, if he died during the day [on Friday] , the inheritor does not render the others forbidden as the eruv he makes on his house permits also that which he inherits. If he dies after it gets dark, [the inheritor] does render the others forbidden; even though the inheritor made an eruv with them, it does not function for that which he inherited afterwards on Shabbat. ”
