Paragraph 1 - The laws of getting eggs, nuts, or food and drinks from a store on a holiday are the same as for Shabbat (as was explained above in chapter 323 paragraph 4) . If [the storekeeper] is a non-Jew, it is forbidden to take things from him that come from the ground or need to be trapped, unless it is clear that they were not picked or trapped today. Similarly, one should not take eggs from him out of concern that they were laid today. ”

“ However, something that is not attached to the ground, does not need to be trapped, and isn't born can be taken from him even if it was brought from outside of the techum. Similarly, flour that was grounded today in a city that has a majority of non-Jews can be taken from him because it was grounded for non-Jews. ”
