“ Rema:And we read "Kee To-lid Bah-nim" from the Torah (Devarim 4:25) , and we say "Ah-sof Ah-see-phem" (Jeremiah 8:13) as Haftorah. And all of the times we say Kaddish after Eichah until we leave the next day from the synagogue, we don't say [the verse satrting with] "Tit-ka-bel" {make our prayers received}. And we don't say "El Eh-rech Ah-pah-yim" [before we open the Ark] (Tur and Minhagim) , nor "Lam-na-tzeh-yach [Mizmor le-Da-vid] " (Minhagim) , nor "Pitum ha-Ke-toh-ret" (Mordechai) . And one does is not require to change his place [of prayer] on Tisha be-Av {unlike a regular mourner}. ”

“ The father of the boy, and the Mohel, and the San-dek are all called participants in the Brit. (Beit Yosef) and are permitted to wear clothing of Shabbat and they finish the Kee-not, and are coming to circumcise the baby. But they should not wear white [clothing] . ”
