“ However, a twenty amot tall sukkah is valid, even if all of its schach is above twenty [amot] because its interior is only twenty [amot] .
סעיף א
סוכה שהיא גבוה למעלה מעשרים אמה פסולה בין שהיא גדולה בין שהיא קטנה בין שמחיצות מגיעות לסכך בין שאינן מגיעות אבל עשרים כשרה אפי' כל סככה למעלה מעשרים כיון שאין בחללה אלא עשרים:
633:2 If the sukkah is taller than twenty [amot] and hutzin (meaning small branches with leaves) hang down, if their shade is greater than their sunlight, it is valid. Otherwise, it is invalid. ”
