“ However, section 194 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, 2560 BE, provides 'The courts of justice have the power to try and adjudge all cases, save the cases which the Constitution or [other] law provides to be under the competence of the other courts'. It is thus seen that the courts of justice are of general jurisdiction, [the fact which renders] this Court competent to try and adjudge this case. [This Court therefore] orders that the plaint be accepted [and] copies thereof be served upon the Defendant. ”
