“ The total extract of A. rugosa possessed significant procoagulant activity while acacetin and tilianin identified as the main components of A. rugosa had a significant anticoagulant activity in vitro. As a novel, effective and promising drug for the treatment of various coagulation disorders, A. rugosa may be beneficial for the individual with high risks of with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.
