It is thus [appropriate] to enable the Bueng Kan Provincial Court to have jurisdiction throughout the area of Bang Kan province according to the administrative divisions. In addition, the Act Amending the Charter of the Courts of Justice, 2550 BE, provides that a court of first instance has territorial jurisdiction as designated by the act establishing it, and a royal decree shall be enacted in the event of necessity to modify the jurisdiction of the court for the purpose of administering justice to people.
