I appoint Arthur Leycester Penrhyn of East Sheen Mortlake in the County of Surrey Barrister and my friend Francis Cookson of Amen Court St Pauls Esquire EXECUTORS and Trustees of this my will and I appoint them and the survivor of them or the executors or administrators of such survivor or other the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my will (hereinafter called "the trustees or trustee") to be the Trustees or trustee hereof for all the purposes of the Settled Land Acts 1882 to 1890 and also for all the purposes of Section 42 of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1881
