“ Where individuals who are employees of organizations are convicted of an offense under Paragraph 219 of the Code for acts committed in the course of their employment duties, and the supervisors, management or executive officers of the organization aided, abetted, encouraged or acquiesced in the offense, then the organization shall be liable for a fine of up to US$5 million. ”
