Portrait of Mark Lidzbarski Mark Lidzbarski Mandaïsche Liturgien — Prayer 70

Between the lamps of light your lamps will be lifted up and shine. The chief tax collector will not stand before you, and the judges of lies will not question you. They will lay beams for you from here to the light dwelling place. The building that is set up for you in the house of life will not pass away for all time. From the splendor and the light of the Mandā d-Haijē and from the peace of the life rest a part on us. Blessed be the voice of life and praised be the great lamp that is all light.
