Martin Donald Van Oosterhout, Meyr v. Board of Education of Affton School District… (1978)
“ Plaintiff has not indicated that she has any evidence that stigmatizating information was given to school districts in which she applied for employment. She admits in her deposition the fact that she had too many years of experience, which resulted in entitlement to a higher salary and was a substantial factor in her failure to obtain a teaching contract. She admits that she was employed as a substitute teacher by several school districts. We recognize that cases should not be disposed of by summary judgment if any dispute exists as to a material fact. ”
