“ Since Thailand is to become a party to the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled, which requires the parties to enact internal laws supporting the exceptions to copyright infringement in favour of persons blind, persons visually impaired, and persons print disabled, so that they would enjoy equal opportunities to access copyrighted works as other persons ”

“ Section⁠1.⁠This Act is called the "Copyright Act (No. 4) , 2561 BE". มาตรา⁠๒⁠พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกําหนดหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป Section⁠2.⁠This Act shall come into force upon elapse of the period of one hundred and twenty days reckoned from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette onwards. มาตรา⁠๓⁠ให้ยกเลิก (๙) ของวรรคสองของมาตรา ๓๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ”
