“ Every President and Vice-President shall come into office at the close of the annual meeting at which he was appointed and shall hold office until his successor comes into office. " (3a) The President shall be eligible for reappointment to office for a further term of two years. " (3b) Each Vice-President shall be eligible for reappointment to office for a further term of one year." ”
