The Executive may stop up and discontinue so much of the footpath, between Alsing Road and Blackburn Meadows, as lies between the points marked Dl and D2 on the deposited plans and remove the footbridge forming part of that footpath over the former Smithywood Branch Railway, substituting therefor a footpath between those points, passing by way of a level crossing across that railway between the points so marked D3 and D4 and a new footpath between the points so marked D4 and D2.
