“ It is thus found appropriate to dissolve the House of People's Representatives and organise a general election of new Members of the House of People's Representatives in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, so as to return the power of making political decisions to the people and allow the parliamentary administration under the democratic regime with a Monarch as Head [of State] to continue continuously ”
