“ Section3.The House of People's Representatives shall be dissolved in order to enable a general election of new Members of the House of People's Representatives. Section4.A general election of Members of the House of People's Representatives shall take place on the day designated by an announcement of the Election Commission, which must not be sooner than forty-five days, but not later than sixty days, reckoned from the day of coming into force of this Royal Decree. ”
