“ WHERAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against William Buck, late of Hammersmith, in the County of Middlesex, Victualler, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to John Samuel Martin Fonblanque, Esq. a Commissioner of His-Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 15th of January instant, at One in the Afternoon precisely, and on the 19th of February next, at Twelve at Noon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects ”
