“ National Telecommunications and Information Administration Broadband Technology Opportunities Program For an amount for "Broadband Technology Opportunities Program", $4,700,000,000: Provided, That of the funds provided under this heading, not less than $4,350,000,000 shall be expended pursuant to division B of this Act, of which: not less than $200,000,000 shall be available for competitive grants for expanding public computer center capacity, including at community colleges and public libraries ”

“ For an additional amount for "State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance", $225,000,000, for competitive grants to improve the functioning of the criminal justice system, to assist victims of crime (other than compensation) , and youth mentoring grants. ”

“ Provided, That, $50,000,000 shall be for transitional housing assistance grants for victims of domestic violence, stalking or sexual assault as authorized by section 40299 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-322) . ”
