Macron and diereses combined On the page 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica/Osman (sultans) there is a combined Macron and diaereses diacritic above a small "a" like this "ǟ". The template {{small-caps}} makes such a letter with diacritics into a small cap with diacritics. ”
