“ Paragraph 3 - If a Jew and a non-Jew jointly own an oven, [the Jew] should say to the non-Jew before Passover, "Take the oven during Passover and I'll take it after [Passover] ."
סעיף ג - ישראל ואינו יהודי שיש להם תנור בשתפות, אומר לאינו יהודי קדם הפסח, טל אתה של פסח ואני אטל אחר כך.
Paragraph 4 - If a Jew has an oven and a non-Jew bakes hametz in it on Passover, [the Jew] cannot even receive money as payment, because he will be profiting from something for which benefit is forbidden. If he already received the money, he is permitted to benefit from it. ”

“ There are those who permit one to heat water in a hametz container and wash using it. The same is true for other needs where one would benefit from a hametz container, and such is the practice (Tosafot Chapter Ein Maamidin and Mordechai Chapter Kol Shaah) . ”
