The Advisory Board shall ensure that the selected members of the Board of Directors are with proven probity, competence, expertise and experience in finance, economics, investments, business management, or law, and are highly capable to contribute to the attainment of the objectives and purposes of the MIF.
The Independent Directors shall not hold any business or financial interests and other relationships which could, or could reasonably be perceived to, materially interfere with their exercise of independent judgment in carrying out their responsibilities as directors.

The management of the MIF shall be subject to a set of investment policies, guidelines, and risk management limits and procedures, as approved by the Board of Directors, upon due consideration of the recommendations of the Advisory Body. Investment and risk management strategies of the MIC shall be in line with the policies and objectives hereunder stated to ensure the long-term viability of the Fund.
