“ ITEM NO. 10: To provide relative to approval of a maximum salary to be set by the Governor for department secretaries as provided in Title 36 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. ITEM NO. 11: To amend and reenact R.S. 47:301 (16) (l) to provide that tangible personal property shall not include other constructions permanently attached to the land for purposes of the state sales and use tax.
ITEM NO. 12: To amend the state revenue sharing distribution allocation for the parish of East Baton Rouge to include the millage for the Zachary Community School Board. ”

“ ITEM NO. 27 – To legislate to create a fund or funds in the state treasury for the purpose of providing funding or other financial assistance for infrastructure costs related to disaster recovery; to provide for deposit into the fund or funds of certain monies, including non-recurring revenues resulting from the Fiscal Year 2004-2005; and to provide for uses of monies in the fund or funds.
ITEM NO. 28 – To authorize the state to incur debt or issue bonds to provide relief from the natural catastrophe caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita; to create funds for the deposit of such proceeds ”

“ ITEM NO. 1 To legislate relative to providing for reimbursement and payment of or for offsetting of assessments levied by Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; providing for the reimbursement and payment of surcharges applied to policyholders as a result of assessments levied by Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; and to appropriate to reimburse, pay, or both the surcharges applied to policyholders as a result of assessments levied by Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation ”

“ To legislate relative to pupil-teacher ratios, maximum number of students in a classroom, number of instructional minutes per school day, number of instructional days per school year, number of days in a school session, required date by which school system budgets are adopted and submitted and by which the superintendent’s financial report is due, and deadline for conducting pupil sight and hearing tests. ”

“ To legislate relative to amending the statewide election date on which the provisions of Act 70 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of 2005 providing for the special assessment level for ad valorem taxes will be submitted to the voters and to make a corresponding amendment to Section 2 of Act 30 of the same session. ”

“ ITEM NO. 4: To amend and reenact R.S. 47:305.39 relative to sales and use taxes imposed on the direct consumer purchase of butane, propane, or other liquified petroleum gases for the private residential purposes of cooking and heating. ”
