“ Although the evidence that the $6,000.00 payment on November 30, 1977 was a sham is not overwhelming, the only evidence plaintiff offered which contradicts this conclusion is the testimony of Margolis that the deposit which covered the payment to ABL was the proceeds of a loan from the "Bessie Clausen trust," a trust administered by ATC, and the check register of the Barclay's account, which indicates that the deposit was a loan from ATC.
