Portrait of Alphonsus Liguori Alphonsus Liguori Sermons for all the Sundays in the year… (1882)

He has, according to holy David, placed before your eyes the bow of your damnation, not that you might be condemned to eternal misery, but that you might be delivered from hell, which you deserved.

Portrait of Alphonsus Liguori Alphonsus Liguori Sermons for all the Sundays in the year… (1882)

"Thou hast been favourable to the nation, O Lord, thou hast been favourable to the nation: art thou glorified ?"
