“ SNAP Administrative Expenses.—In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2021, out of any amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,150,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2023, with amounts to be obligated for each of fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023, for the costs of State administrative expenses associated with carrying out this section and administering the supplemental nutrition assistance program established under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.) ”

“ EMERGENCY SHELTER.—The term “emergency shelter” has the meaning given the term under section 17 (t) (1) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1766 (t) (1) ) . (2) SECRETARY.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture. ”
