All newspapers may be printed and distributed without having to undergo prior censorship of news, because the Revolutionary Council is confident that all newspapers will cooperate in this revolution by reporting all news and movements according to the truth and in a fair manner and by presenting wholehearted opinions in such a way that would contribute to constructiveness, not destructiveness. ”
