“ In the event that a problem relating the ruling of any case according to the stipulations of paragraph 1 occurs in the purview of the National Legislative Assembly, or occurs because the Council of Ministers applies to the Assembly for a ruling, the National Legislative Assembly shall give a decisive ruling. ”

“ All newspapers may be printed and distributed without having to undergo censorship of news or control by an advisory board to a printing officer as before, because the Revolutionary Council believes that all newspapers will cooperate in this revolution by means of reporting all news and movements according to the truth and in a fair manner and presenting wholehearted opinions in such a way that would contribute to constructiveness for the Country and the people. ”

“ Any actions done by newspapers in a manner that gives rise to wrongs, that presents falsehoods to the public, or that is unfair, will be suppressed by the revolutionary power, which is necessary for the maintenance of national safety, public order, and good morals. ”

“ Section⁠14.⁠The Monarch appoints one Prime Minister and an appropriate number of Ministers, who compose a Council of Ministers which has the duty to handle the public services of the State.
The Prime Minister and Ministers shall not be Members of the Assembly.
The Prime Minister and Ministers have the right to attend and give explanations or express opinions at meetings of the Assembly, but they have no right to vote. ”

“ Section⁠17.⁠In the event that, during the application of this Charter, the Prime Minister finds it appropriate for the purpose of repressing or suppressing an act of subverting the security of the Kingdom or royal throne, or an act of subverting, disrupting, or threatening the peace, whether it occurs inside or comes from outside the Kingdom, the Prime Minister has the power to give any order or do any act upon a resolution of the Council of Ministers and it shall be deemed that such an order or act is lawful. ”

“ And the heads of the public bodies under the Office of the Prime Minister who are political public servants, and the Secretary General of the National Economic Development Council, shall, in performing public services, be directly subject to the Head of the Revolutionary Council or the person authorised by the Head of the Revolutionary Council. ”

“ If a position of Member of the National Legislative Assembly becomes vacant for any other reason than retirement by rotation, the Monarch may appoint a person who has the qualifications under paragraph 1 as a replacing Member. ”

“ However, during the carrying out of the described enterprise, an administrative charter of the Kingdom suitable with the situations prevailing at the present moment should be enacted and applied for the time being ”
