“ Also, it is appropriate to establish additional exceptions to infringement of copyright or performers' rights, as well as to empower the courts to order infringers of copyright or performers' rights to pay additional damages for works subject to copyright or performers' rights which have been made accessible by the public on a wide scale and to empower the courts to order confiscating or destroying things used in the commission of offences and things made or brought in to the Kingdom in a manner infringing copyright or performers' rights. ”

“ The qualifications and disqualifications of the persons having the right to vote in the referendum must be close to the qualifications and disqualifications of the persons having the right to vote in the last election before the day of coming into force of this Constitution, save the age, [in respect of which] the persons aged not lower than eighteen years on the day of the referendum shall be the persons having the rights to vote in the referendum. ”

“ Whereas it is appropriate to amend the criteria governing the inquiry into an offence punishable under the Thai law which has been committed outside the Kingdom according to section 20 of the Criminal Procedure Code, by empowering the Attorney General or person acting as such to delegate the duty to serve as the inquiry official in charge to a public prosecutor or inquiry official or to authorise a public prosecutor to participate with an inquiry official in conducting the inquiry, so that the inquiry into the said offence would be more expeditious and efficacious ”

“ In the event that the court gives a judgment imposing imprisonment and either spouse does not wish to live and cohabit with the other as husband and wife any longer and wishes for divorce, that spouse shall notify the court and the court shall notify a public prosecutor to institute a divorce action. ”

“ Whenever the Monarch is to not reside in the Kingdom or is to be unable to administer the royal burdens for any reason whatsoever, it is permissible for Him to appoint or not appoint anyone as His Regent, and the President of the National Assembly shall countersign the appointment. And when this section has already been complied with, the stipulations of section 18, section 19, and section 20 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, 2550 Buddhist Era, shall not be applied. ”

“ Section⁠8.⁠The stipulations of section 84 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section⁠84.⁠Whoever causes another person to commit an offence, whether by employment, forcing, threatening, hiring, asking, or encouragement, or by any other way, is an abettor.
If the offence has not been committed, whether because the abetted refused to commit it or has not yet committed it or because of any other reason, the abettor shall merely be punished with one third of the punishment designated for the offence. ”

“ The referendum under this Constitution shall be organised for voting as to whether approval or disapproval should be given to the draft constitution in its entirety and must be held on the same day throughout the Kingdom. In this respect, the National Reform Assembly or National Legislative Assembly may resolve to introduce any other issue, not more than one per each Assembly, for which the Election Commission should organise a referendum on the same occasion. ”

“ An heir of a person who did a voidable act can only confirm the voidable act from the time the person who did the voidable act dies, save where the right of the dead person to avoid the voidable act has already terminated.
The provisions of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 shall not apply if the voidable act is confirmed by the legal representative, custodian, or curator. ”

“ As for the offence prescribed in paragraph 1, if it is committed by a person aged not over eighteen years against a child whose age is above thirteen years but still not over fifteen years with the consent of that child, the court having the power to try juvenile and family cases may consider implementing the welfare protection for the child victim or the offender according to the law on child protection instead of imposing a punishment. ”

“ Possession of child pornography amounts to violation of fundamental rights of children according to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and is a factor contributing to sexual abuse of children and affecting the welfare of children. In addition, the offences relating to trading in or circulating obscene objects or materials do not distinguish child pornography from adult pornography, despite the fact that their criminal characteristics are of different degrees of severity. ”

“ Whereas now terrorism and transnational crimes have greatly increased in terms of intensity and complexity of forms, in which passports have been used as an instrument of the commission, resulting in an impact upon national security of the Country and international relations, it is appropriate to extend the scope of the offences relating to passports and it is appropriate to designate rates of punishment suitable for the offences. ”

“ Moreover, in the event that a court has issued any kind of order, the court [should be permitted to] punish the offender more lightly in any degree than that designated by the law for his offence, in order to prevent the offender from using the marriage to avoid the punishment. ”
