Conforming Amendments- (1) Section 602 of title 17, United States Code, is further amended— (A) in the section heading, by inserting `or exportation' after `importation'; and (B) in subsection (b) — (i) by striking ` (b) In a case' and inserting ` (b) Import Prohibition— In a case'; (ii) by striking `the United States Customs Service' and inserting `United States Customs and Border Protection'; and (iii) by striking `the Customs Service' and inserting `United States Customs and Border Protection'.

For impoundments of records ordered under paragraph (1) (C) , the court shall enter an appropriate protective order with respect to discovery and use of any records or information that has been impounded. The protective order shall provide for appropriate procedures to ensure that confidential, private, proprietary, or privileged information contained in such records is not improperly disclosed or used.
