And the President has asked Congress to actually make it easier to do that. We've had some success in changing the way in which that's done, but we want to ensure that American companies are not left behind by controls that belong to another era. At the same time, we want to ensure that we protect the national security of the United States and ensure that we are not putting high-performance computers in the hands of companies that might misuse them.
