“ Title. – This Ordinance shall be known as, “An Ordinance Imposing Payment of Fees as Monthly Rental for the Fourteen (14) Units Stalls for Dry Goods Constructed at the Right Side of the Urbiztondo Public Market, Providing Guidelines for Occupancy and Operation Thereof.”
SEC. 2. Purpose. – The payment of fees shall serve as monthly rental of the fourteen (14) units market stalls which the stallholder shall pay to the Municipal Treasurer or to his/her duly authorized representative. ”
