On or about September 19, 2011, defendant PAUL JOHN HANSEN caused a document titled "Quiet Title - Equitable Action" to be filed in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in Escambia County, Florida. HANSEN's pleading identified the nine pieces of real property ordered forfeited by the United States District Court in July 2009.
