Certainly we cannot say that the action of the board of appeal in finally classifying him as I-A was without any support in the evidence.
The question remains whether there was anything in the administrative procedure which vitiated Horowitz' classification. What we have said about the use of a theological panel and the range of its inquiry in Eagles v. Samuels, supra, need not be repeated here. There is nothing in the present case which makes for a different result.
